Every body in this model is invented from a small set of parametric recipes (matsparts.py — Mats' method). The sheet gives the tags, the symbols and the connectivity; it prints no sizes anywhere (its own Note 2). Counts are from this model's 82 nodes.
Routed pipepipe_runA polyline swept as cylinders with a slightly oversized sphere at every bend. NOTHING on this sheet prints a size (Note 2), so every diameter is a sketch choice: ~1.5" process, small-bore air/sample, a thin signal cable.
16 runs — suction, discharge, recirc, sample, air, drains
Valve bodyvalve_bodyTwo truncated cones nose-to-nose (a bowtie), companion flanges each side, stem and gland on top. Typed from the DRAWN symbol, per this sheet's own legend: plain = gate, centre dot = globe, open circle = ball.
6 bodies — HV-101/102/103/111, sample ball, CV-101
Handwheel / leverhandwheel, lever_handleRed ring with crossed spokes for rising-stem valves; a red quarter-turn lever with a grip tip for the ball sample valve; a side-mounted wheel for the HV-111 drain under V-110.
5 — one per hand valve
Check valvecheck_valveFat barrel + flanges + a small cone riding on top pointing with the flow. Used for CV-101, because the sheet DRAWS the check-valve legend symbol there (arrow + dot + bowtie), with no actuator.
1 — CV-101 (tag/symbol tension recorded in COVERAGE.md)
Relief valverelief_valveAngle pattern: inlet flange, body drum, spring bonnet, cap, side outlet, plus a short vent tail. Sits straight on V-110's top head, as drawn.
1 node(s) — PSV-110
Vesselsfilter_vessel, vessel_vertical, exchangerF-101: pot + domed top + quick-open closure + drain plug on a leg. V-110: barrel + dished heads on three legs. E-101: shell + channel heads + nozzles on saddles (shell-and-tube is a sketch choice — the symbol is generic).
F-101 (?), V-110, E-101 (?)
Machinespump_body + pump_motor, compressor packageP-101: baseplate, volute with suction/discharge nozzles, TEFC motor M-101 with fins and terminal box, coupling guard. C-101: crankcase block, finned cylinder head, drive motor, belt guard.
P-101/M-101, C-101
Instrumentsinstr_stem + instr_gaugeThin stem off the pipe or shell, dial can with bezel on top. PI-101 also carries the sheet's one signal line, to the PLC/HMI panel.
3 gauges — PI-101, PI-102, PI-110
Skid & sitechannel frame, stanchions, cabinet, boundary_markerStructural channel frame + chequer deck + leveling feet (~2.3 m — the machine is a training skid roughly 2 m long). Green cone arrows wherever the sheet hands a line off this section.
4 off-sheet arrows
Valve types were taken from the DRAWN symbols against this sheet's own legend block, not guessed from tags — which is how CV-101 came out a check valve.
